Will my customers see HyperDC?
You sell under your own brand and stay your customers’ contact. Their servers run clean operating system images with the hostname you choose, and you hand over the access details yourself.
How do reseller prices work?
Each reseller plan in the order form lists its prices or discount and what it includes. You set the prices your customers pay and invoice them yourself.
How do I manage my customers’ servers?
From your HyperDC client area: every server has its power actions, the web console and a reinstall with another image. Linux servers give root access over SSH, Windows servers Administrator access over Remote Desktop.
Who supports my customers?
You do, as their provider. Our team supports you around the clock by live chat and tickets, for everything from the network to a server that needs attention.
Can I sell from my own website?
Yes. Sell on your own website and order the servers in your HyperDC account. If you want a hosting store of your own, our Custom Development team builds hosting automation websites on WHMCS, WISECP, Blesta or HostBill.
Which rules apply to my customers’ servers?
Our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, as for every HyperDC server. Outbound port 25 is closed by default on HyperDC VPS. For services ordered for a term of 3 months or longer, we open it on request: open a support ticket.
