First steps
- Have a clean server ready, on a system Plesk supports.
- Tell us the server's IP address in a support ticket if the order form did not ask for it.
- Install Plesk with its official installer and sign in: Plesk on web hosting shows the panel.
Troubleshooting
The order still shows Pending. We are preparing the server and e-mail you when it is ready; see after you order.
You cannot connect. See server unreachable.
