After your order is paid we prepare the server and share its login details in your client area as soon as it is ready.

The first order takes it off the list. If that order is not paid in time it is cancelled, and the server comes back on sale.

You answer for everything on your server, including what your own users do on it.

No spam, no unsolicited or bulk mail and no open mail relays; the servers are not sold as mail servers. Outgoing ports 25 and 465 may be closed: we open them on request for a genuine sender whose domain points at the server. Mail delivery and IP reputation are not guaranteed.

No port or network scans, vulnerability probes or password cracking against systems you do not own, unless their owner has given you written permission.

No DoS or DDoS, traffic amplification, open reflectors, spoofed source addresses, forged headers or changed MAC addresses.

Mining of any cryptocurrency is not allowed.

Torrents and P2P only for content you have the rights to. No public file, image or video sharing service.

Tor relays that are not exit nodes are allowed. Exit nodes are not, because their traffic causes abuse reports.

No open proxies. A public or commercial VPN or proxy service needs our written approval first.

No copyright or trademark infringement (including links to infringing torrents), adult or obscene material, gambling, extremist content, child abuse material, phishing, malware, botnet control, fraud or scams.

Answer every abuse notice within 24 hours, or sooner when the notice says so, and remove the cause; keep logs so you can answer. Without an answer, or while the harm goes on, we block the IP or suspend the server without warning. Repeat copyright infringers are closed for good. A service closed for abuse is not refunded, and delisting or clean-up costs are charged to you.

Basic DDoS filtering is automatic and best effort. To protect the network, an IP under a large attack can be blackholed for about two hours. Downtime caused by an attack does not earn uptime credit.

IP addresses come as they are and may have an earlier blacklist history. There is no claim to a specific IP, and it may change with notice. The country an IP is registered in can differ from the server's location. If your use gets an IP listed, you fix it.

Before activation we may ask for an ID, proof that the payment card is yours or prepayment, and we may refuse an order. No service to sanctioned persons or to residents of Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan or Crimea.

Do not degrade the network or other customers. Keep your own backups: data is deleted within days after a service ends.
