Invoices

Where do I find my invoices?

In the client area under Billing › My Invoices. Every new invoice is also emailed to you, with a link that opens it directly. Paid invoices stay available, and you can download each one as a PDF.

When is a renewal invoice created?

Automatically, some days before the service's next due date. The invoice and the due date are shown on the service page under Billing Overview as well.

Who receives the invoice emails?

The account owner, plus any contact for whom you enabled Invoice Emails under Contacts in the account menu. See users and contacts.

Can I get an invoice with my company and tax details?

Yes. Enter them under Account Details before the invoice is created; they appear on every invoice. If an invoice was already issued with wrong details, open a ticket.

Paying

Which payment methods are available?

The Payment Method list on each unpaid invoice shows the methods available for your account and that invoice. It can include card payments, your account credit and crypto with HyperDC Pay.

Can I pay several invoices at once?

Yes, with Billing › Mass Payment, which combines unpaid invoices into one payment.

How does account credit work?

Billing › Add Funds lets you pay an amount into your account balance in advance; overpayments are added to it too. Credit is normally used automatically for renewal invoices when they are created, and you can apply it to other unpaid invoices on the invoice page with Apply Credit.

Can I pay with crypto?

Yes, with HyperDC Pay, where it is offered for your invoice and region. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable. See HyperDC Pay and pay an invoice with crypto.

My card payment failed. What now?

Check that the card is valid and allowed for online payments, approve the payment in your bank's app if it asks, and try again or choose another method. We cannot see why a bank declines a payment.

Renewals and changes

What happens if an invoice becomes overdue?

You receive reminders. Services with overdue invoices can be suspended automatically, and they are reactivated once the invoice is paid. Domains that are not renewed expire; see domains at HyperDC.

How do upgrades affect billing?

You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period, and your next due date stays the same. See upgrade or downgrade a service.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Open a ticket with the service and the cycle you want; changes usually apply from the next renewal.

How do I stop paying for a service I no longer need?

Request its cancellation from the service page. No new renewal invoices are created for a cancelled service. See cancel a service.

Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy. Covered services can be cancelled within 30 days of payment and a refund requested; crypto payments are final. Details: refunds FAQ.

Still need help?

Open a ticket with the invoice number and, for payment problems, the payment reference. See support tickets.
