- Log in to your hosting control panel Sign in to cPanel or Plesk straight from the client area without typing a password, set a new control panel password and find the details you need for DNS. Beginner 5 min
- Upgrade or downgrade a service Change plans or options from the service page, pay only the difference for the rest of the term and, after a disk upgrade, extend the partition and file system. Intermediate 12 min
- Renew a service early Where your client area shows Renew Services or a Renew Service button, you can pay the next term of a service ahead of time through the cart. Beginner 4 min
- Cancel a service Request the cancellation on the service page and choose when it takes effect. Back up your data first, because a cancelled server is deleted. Beginner 6 min
