Database Manager is our own web-based tool for the MariaDB and PostgreSQL databases of your Linux hosting service. You open it from the client area, and it runs at your own domain over HTTPS.
Open Database Manager
- Open Databases on your service page and select Database Manager next to the database. It opens in a new tab, already signed in to that database. You can also use the link under Connection details on Overview.
- When you open
https://dbadmin.example.com/yourself, with your own domain in place ofexample.com, sign in with the database's own login and password, not your client area login.
The address works once your domain points to the server. You see the tables of your own database; other customers' databases stay out of sight.
Import a .sql file
- In Database Manager, choose the import and pick your
.sqlfile. - Start the import and wait until it reports the result.
Verify: the tables you imported appear in the database with the rows you expect.
Troubleshooting
Login failed. Use the database's login shown in the Databases list and the password you set for it. Change Password in the database's menu sets a new one.
The Database Manager address does not open. Your domain must point to the server first; see point a domain to your server.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Database Manager address?
https://dbadmin.example.com/, with your own domain in place of example.com. It works once your domain points to the server.
Which login do I use?
The database's own login and password, not your client area login. From the client area it opens already signed in to that database.
Can other customers see my database?
No. Database Manager shows only the database you signed in to.
