Each order and each renewal at HyperDC creates an invoice. Your service is set up, or renewed, once the invoice is paid. This short guide shows where to find the invoice, how to pay it and how to keep the receipt.
Before you start
- Sign in to the client area with the account you ordered with.
- Have your payment method ready: a card, account credit or a crypto wallet. The methods offered depend on your account and invoice.
- Check your billing details under the account menu › Account Details. Invoices show the name, company and address saved there.
Step 1: Open the invoice
You can reach an invoice in two ways:
- From the email. We email every new invoice. The link opens the invoice in the client area after you sign in.
- From the client area. Go to Billing › My Invoices. Unpaid invoices are marked Unpaid. Select the invoice to open it.
Verify: the invoice shows the items you ordered, the amount due and a due date.
Step 2: Choose a payment method
Unpaid invoices have a Payment Method list. Choose how you want to pay:
- Card or another listed gateway. You are taken through the payment steps of that method. Some card payments ask your bank to confirm the payment in its app or by code.
- Account credit. If your account has credit, for example from Add Funds or an earlier overpayment, the invoice page offers to apply it. Credit is normally used automatically for renewal invoices when they are created.
- Crypto with HyperDC Pay. Choose the crypto method and the payment panel appears on the invoice. Follow pay an invoice with crypto: pick the coin and network, send the exact amount in one transaction and wait for the confirmations. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.
Step 3: Pay
Select Pay Now and complete the steps of the method you chose. Do not close the window while the payment is being processed.
Verify: the invoice status changes to Paid and a payment confirmation email arrives. If you paid for a new order, the setup starts now and the welcome email follows when the service is ready.
Step 4: Keep the receipt
Open the paid invoice and select Download to save it as a PDF. All invoices stay available under Billing › My Invoices, so you can download them again at any time.
Troubleshooting
The payment failed or was declined. Check that the card is valid and allowed for online payments, and approve the payment in your bank's app if it asks. Then try again or choose another method. Repeated failures are best solved with your bank; we cannot see why a bank declines a payment.
I paid, but the invoice still shows Unpaid. Card payments are usually recorded at once; refresh the page after a minute. Crypto payments are recorded after the network confirmations shown on the payment panel. If an invoice stays unpaid after a successful payment, open a ticket with the invoice number and the payment reference.
The invoice is overdue. Pay it as soon as you can. Services with overdue invoices can be suspended automatically, and they are reactivated once the invoice is paid.
The billing address on the invoice is wrong. Update Account Details and open a ticket if an already issued invoice needs a correction.

Yes, as long as the invoice is unpaid. Open it and choose another method in the Payment Method list before you select Pay Now.
How quickly is my service activated after payment?
Most services are set up automatically as soon as the payment is recorded. Card payments are usually recorded at once; crypto payments are recorded when the network has confirmed them.
Can I get a receipt for my accounting?
