Do you offer macOS servers?
Yes. We offer macOS VPS and VDS plans, including Apple Silicon macOS VPS, for Xcode builds, app testing and other Mac workloads. The order form lists the macOS versions you can choose.
Can I get a refund if a service is not right for me?
Many services can be refunded within the period stated in our refund policy, which lists the services it covers and any deductions, such as setup fees. Payments made in cryptocurrency are final and cannot be refunded.
Can you move my website or server to HyperDC?
Many VPS and VDS plans include free migration from your current provider; the plan features show when it is included. For other services, send us a message and we will explain the steps.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Every invoice also stays in the client area, where you can pay it online.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You commit only to the billing cycle you choose when you order, from monthly up to the longest cycle a plan offers. Cancellation requests are made from the client area.
