Who can join the affiliate programme?
Anyone with a HyperDC client account. Creating an account is free; sign in, open the Affiliates page of the client area and activate your affiliate account.
How much commission do I earn?
Commission is set per service. Your affiliate area shows the commission for every referral, and if you would like to know the rate for a particular service before you start promoting it, send us a message.
How long is a referral tracked?
When someone opens your referral link, a cookie records the referral for up to 90 days, so they do not need to order on their first visit. A referral is not recorded if the visitor blocks or clears cookies.
Which orders earn commission?
Hosting, server and other services that have a commission set earn it when they are paid. Domain registrations, add-ons and upgrade orders do not earn commission, and neither do orders you place through your own referral link.
What happens if a referred order is refunded?
Commission is earned on payments that stay paid. If a referred order is refunded in full, its commission is removed from your balance.
Do I need to tell my audience that I earn commission?
Yes, be open about it. Advertising rules in many countries, such as the FTC's endorsement guides in the United States, expect you to disclose affiliate links. Recommend us honestly, without spam or misleading claims.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is added to your affiliate balance when a customer you referred pays for an eligible service. Once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your affiliate area, request a withdrawal there and our team will contact you to arrange the payout.
What is the difference between an affiliate and a reseller?
As an affiliate you send customers to us: they order, pay and get support from HyperDC, and you earn commission. As a reseller you buy a plan from us, set your own prices and look after your own clients.
Can I be an affiliate and a reseller at the same time?
Yes. The programmes are independent: you can resell the services you buy from us and also share your referral link with people who prefer to order directly.
How does the domain reseller programme work?
Domain reseller plans give you wholesale prices, a reseller platform and an API to automate orders. Each plan lists its minimum deposit; the Domain Reseller Program page shows the plans and their live prices.
