Reseller hosting lets you sell web hosting under your own brand. You buy one reseller plan, divide its resources into hosting accounts for your clients and set your own prices, while we run the servers, the network and the software they run on.

### How is reseller hosting different from shared hosting?

Shared hosting gives you one cPanel account for your own websites. Reseller hosting adds WHM, where you create separate cPanel accounts for your clients, each with its own login, files, email and limits.

### Do my clients deal with HyperDC?

No. Your clients buy from you, pay you and contact you. You choose the package names and prices and send your own invoices; we work in the background.

### Who provides support to my clients?

You are your clients' first point of contact. We support you: open a ticket whenever you need help with the servers, WHM or an account you manage.

### How many client accounts can I create?

Your plan sets the number of domains and the disk space you share between clients; the plan table lists both. Within those limits you decide how many accounts you create and how large each one is.

### Do I need a billing system?

Not necessarily: you can invoice your clients your own way. Many resellers use a billing platform such as WHMCS, which can create and suspend cPanel accounts through WHM automatically.

### Which software can my clients run?

PHP applications that work with MySQL, such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal, served by LiteSpeed from NVMe storage. Each client manages their site from their own cPanel.

### Are backups included?

Yes. Accounts are backed up weekly and monthly at no extra cost. We still recommend that you and your clients keep your own copies, which cPanel lets you download.

### Can I upgrade my reseller plan later?

Yes. As your client base grows, move to a larger reseller plan; your existing client accounts stay where they are.

### Can I get a refund on Linux reseller hosting?
